The view from my 8th floor room and the restaurant on 9th floor offered a stunning 360-degree view of Ankara. The room was full of light and had a large window. I appreciated not having to pay until I arrived and being able to store my own groceries in the fridge. There was no noise from other rooms, and the room itself was spacious. The AC was a great addition.
Nothing bad to say.

breakfast was ok. staff were ok.
Absolutely terrible! Filthy. Our door was unlocked for us but we weren´t provided with a key. The room was dirty, sheets stained, hair etc on the floor. The bathroom horrible. Leaking toilet, empty soap container. Our windows looked out to the corridor but there were no curtains so all through the night our room lit up when the light in the corridor turned on. Worst hotel ever!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel in Ankara. The hotel was a great value for money, offering competitive prices for the quality of service provided. The staff were attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, which were clean and comfortable. I loved how the rooms had small windows that faced the hallways, providing a unique touch to the overall design. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
My stay at this hotel was flawless.

The walls were really thin and you could here people in other rooms talking. Also the staff did not speak English well.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of the city near Kizilay, it is conveniently close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation hubs.
All in all, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Nothing gave me cause for concern or disappointment.

The personnel are very freiendly, they do their best to oblige their guests; the room was light (we changed the budget room for the standard one), clean and comfortable, The breakfast was very good, the restaurant terrace wonderful. The location is very perfect and the price of all this is quite acceptable.
1. I think, personnel should practice their English. 2. There was lack of information about the places to see -like Julian's column, actually we could not find it, 3. There should be city and metro maps for free (it is a rule everywhere) But this does not concern only this particular hotel, this is the problem, as I guess, in the city itself -no tourist information centers.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center and near Kizilay, ensuring easy access to the metro and other transportation options. Moreover, the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, making our arrival hassle-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with bright natural light streaming in through the large windows. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the buffet breakfast, which provided a satisfying start to our mornings. Additionally, we appreciated the attention to detail, such as having both outward facing windows and small windows toward the hallways in the rooms.
Everything was satisfactory at this hotel.

The employers were very friendly and helpful. We were at 22:30 p.m. at the hotel and all restaurants were closed. The friendly receptionist ordered a great meal for us from outside, so that we could eat and drink very late in the night too. The Terrase, for breakfast was with his wonderfull view great. I can recommend it!
The rooms has to be more clean, especially the shower. That was the only point a did not like.

The hotel is right ın the middle of Ankara, within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to visit. Fantastic view from the 9th floor restaurant.
WiFi dissappeared during parts of the stay, but the staff were actively communıcatıng wıth the supplier to solve the problem. The budget rooms are windowless, and our group all asked to upgrade a higher price class after seeing the rooms.
